I have extensive experience utilizing numerous software programs including: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, Publisher), Adobe Pro, Adobe Captivate, and Techsmith Camtasia.
I have been an active member of the Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) since 2001, currently volunteering as National Director-Secretary to the Association. I graduated with the CCAP designation from the Canadian Certified Administrative Professional program (formerly Qualified Administrative Assistants program) in 2007. I have been recognized for my dedication and commitment to the Association with the Honour Roll Award, Image Award, and most recently with the Linda Bates Award of Excellence in 2019.
